Dr. Fredrick Toben

October 18th, 2008 admin 1 comment

Though German in origin, Dr. Fredrick Toben was raised in Australia as an Australian citizen, and speaks both English and German. Becoming interested in exonerating the German people from the anti-German racism of the Holocaust legend, he at first edited a revisionist journal called Truth Missions, which was later renamed Adelaide Institute Newsletter. He then broadened out to establish Australia’s revisionist website, Adelaide Institute. He has personally visited the site of Auschwitz and burrowed under the ruins of the alleged gas chamber, being unable to find the four holes in the roof which were supposedly used to throw in gas pellets. He conducted regular dialogue with Exterminationists, and did not expect to be arrested when he visited Prosecutor Klein in Mannheim, Germany, for a private discussion on the Holocaust laws in Germany, which make it mandatory to accept the entire Holocaust story.

Nevertheless, he was arrested by Klein and police chief Mohr in Mannheim, Germany, in April, 1999, and was awaiting trial for being a “holocaust denier” for seven months. He then was tried and sentenced to ten months imprisonment, but released from prison while awaiting his appeal. He left Germany and did not return for his appeal trial.

Ernst Zundell

In 1984, Ernst Zundel was charged for “spreading false news” by a wealthy Holocaust survivor, Sabina Citron, on the basis of two documents: “The West, War, and Islam” and “Did Six Million Really Die?” At the conclusion of a dramatic seven-week, head-line making trial, he was pronounced innocent of having “spread false news” with his 4-page pamphlet, “The West, War, and Islam” but was pronounced guilty for having published – not written! – “Did Six Million Really Die?”

The rest is history.

Ever since, as all the world now knows, the Zundel name became synonymous with “Holocaust Denier.”

The first pamphlet was conveniently forgotten. The booklet, “Did Six Million Really Die?” became the Zundel Mark of Cain.

Canadian authorities quietly shipped Ernst Zundel to Mannheim, Germany under cloak of night. Once his flight landed, Zundel was placed under arrest and taken into custody to stand trial for hate crime charges that were filed on behalf of the German people in 2003.

Manfred Roeder

December 2nd, 1999 admin No comments

An outspoken German Nationalist was sentenced Thursday to two years in prison without parole for “denying” the Holocaust. Manfred Roeder, 70, was sentenced for having refered to the Holocaust as
“humbug” during an August 1998 election rally in the eastern German city of Stralsund.

With no First Amendment to protect them, Germans face legal action for questioning the orthodox Holocaust story. The rally at which Roeder spoke part of his parliamentary campaign as a candidate for the National Party of Germany.

His imprisonment clearly makes him a “political prisoner” in Germany.

During his trial, Roeder said a tape of his speech had been “manipulated and falsified.” Roeder asserted
that statements that would have cleared him were edited out. The judge, however, agreed with three witnesses who said the tape was genuine. The Roeder case exemplifies the lack of freedom in today’s Germany.

Guenter Deckert

April 8th, 1995 admin No comments

Guenter Deckert was arrested and served five years in prison in Germany for translating a speech by Fred Leuchter into German.

These statements caused a public outcry: spokespeople for the Jewish community crying foul, the prosecutor decrying Orlet’s opinions as “instructions” for denying the Holocaust, the German justice minister calling it “a slap in the face of all Holocaust victims”, and the Association of German Judges calling it “a slip of the footing”. As a consequence, the two judges were suspended (although they were reinstated a few months laterN1), and Deckert was ordered to a second retrial. At his third trial, in April 1995, Deckert was sentenced to two years in prison without probation, for
Gefährliche Politische Brandstifung (”dangerous political incendiarism”), by Judge Wollentine in Karlsruhe.[5][6]

Whilst in prison, Deckert wrote a letter to the then-chairman of the Central Council of Jews, Michel Friedman, strongly urging him, as a Jew, to leave Germany. This letter was published in the NPD newspaper. Deckert was charged with incendiarism a second time, and at trial in Mannheim in 1997 he was found guilty and sentenced to an additional two years and three months in prison. During the trial, Decker’s lawyer, Ludwig Boch, based the defence upon the assertion that the Holocaust was a “legend” invented by the Jews.

Manfred Roeder

August 18th, 1976 admin No comments

One of Weisenthal’s victims who still languishes in prison in West Germany is the attorney, Manfred Roeder.  Weisenthal was enraged because Roeder had dared to write the preface to the famous revelations contained in the brochure, “The Auschwitz Lie“, by Thies Christopherson.  Christopherson had spent the entire war at Rajsko, the ancillary camp at Auschwitz, and therefore could be trusted to know what he was writing about.  Weisenthal says, “I don’t know what induced Christopherson to dispute that there had been gas chambers at Auschwitz”, implying that Christopherson had been bribed to make these statements.  The fact that Christopherson was merely reporting his own observations at the scene caused Weisenthal to explain it as “mental derangement”, a favorite ploy of the Zionist conspirators, which can always be upheld if a friendly Zionist psychiatrist can be found nearby.

Because of Roeder’s preface, Weisenthal says “I therefore wrote to the Chamber of Lawyers in Frankfurt and demanded that disciplinary proceedings be instituted against Roeder (Free speech, anyone’?).  When no action was forthcoming.  Weisenthal sued him;  the case was promptly thrown out.  However, Weisenthal finally brought more legal actions until Roeder was placed on probation for seven months in February 1976.  He was later framed as having been associated with a group called the German Action Group, and on June 28, 1982, he was sentenced to thirteen years in prison on charges that he was the leader of a “terrorist association”.  He remains in prison today, one more victim of Weisenthal’s Jewish thirst for vengeance against all gentiles.
