ZK : Where, when, and in what circumstances did first troubles start ? Was it in an educational institution, or did it take place outside university walls ? Who put the initial pressure on you ?

DR : To answer your question requires bringing up numerous details, including the names of my “worthy harassers”. I would not mind if servility, lying, and I do not hesitate to use this expression – common boorishness, so typical of our political elites and many scientific workers, saw the light of the day.

In 1988, I started working in an Opole learning institution, then called the Silesian Insurrectionists School of Pedagogy…. In the first half of the 1990s I had already an established position in the university. I won’t be bragging when I say that during my classes the classroom was always full. It was nice to hear from the students that I was considered a reliable historian and excellent speaker (this wasn’t particularly my own achievement, but that of genes inherited from my father, a lawyer), who was not afraid to take up topics that were dangerous from the viewpoint of political correctness…

I prepared a number of “incorrect topics”, which I followed through during classes. Let me mention only a few of them: “Starve the rat, or critically about American feminism”, “Freemasonry yesterday and today”, “Hitlerism and Communism common roots”, “Does colonialism deserve to be unconditionally condemned ?”, “The history of French Algeria”, and so on, and so forth. The students liked it a lot, but, at the same time, more and more often, I was called on the carpet by the director of the History Institute, Professor Stanislaw S. Nicieja (privately, the supervisor of my PhD thesis, and, later, the almighty Rector of Opole University). He would tell me, more or less, this: “I don’t impose anything on you; you’ve got excellent term marks, and we appreciate your knowledge. But do you really have to charge like this ? I know that what you do is based on sources, but do not go against the current, or it may end up bad.”

…The beginning of real troubles is connected, of course, with my publishing, in March 1999, of a little journalistic book entitled DANGEROUS TOPICS. Before I move on to the consequences of this publication, let me once again make a few introductory remarks. During the lectures, more than once, I touched on the so-called Jewish subject. This was most justified, especially in the context of most recent history of Poland. When I was speaking of the functions, structure, and make-up of the Ministry of Public Security, the grim ubecja , I would mention that in this institution there was an overrepresentation of individuals of Jewish extraction, especially on the decision level.

When I mentioned the case of the monstrous murder of Boleslaw Piasecki’s son, I would say, in accordance with truth, that all the traces of the murder led to Israel. When, finally, I was discussing the attitude of the majority of Jews toward Poland’s regaining independence in 1918, and their conduct in the years of the Polish-Bolshevik war, as well as after the Soviet invasion of September 17, 1939, I would state that they were not, by any means, the paragon of patriotic virtue. This irritated the university acabus. The end came eventually, under some pretext, in 1998, when my classes on most recent history of Poland got cut back; they were “transferred” to the 19th century.

This did not help much, because the Jewish ubeks could always be replaced with the Jews-Litwaks (30), who were equally anti-Polish. All in all, this was painful to me, the more so that, firstly, I would always base my lectures on sources, and, secondly, the Jewish subject was not the center of my historic interest. Of course, there was much criticism on my part there, but this precisely posture is connected immanently with the job I do.

In any case, no one accused me of the infamous anti-Semitism. It was similar in the case of several lectures devoted to Holocaust revisionism, which I had within the university walls in 1997/98. The university authorities murmured a little, whereas students stumbled over one another to attend, because, perhaps for the first time in the history of a Polish university, somebody was objectively relating the opinions of this milieu, one which is a social and historical reality. A milieu let us add that includes also Jews.

By the way, after these lectures, many students demanded from me, behind the stage, a clear attitude toward the theses announced by the revisionists. Invariably, I would reply as follows: “If the revisionists think there were no gas chambers, they are wrong. If they think six million Jews did not perish during the war, they are right. If they state that the Holocaust is not the pivot of the 20th century martyrdom, they are right. Otherwise, we would feel contempt for victims of the Soviet Gulag Archipelago, the Armenian victims of Turkish politics during World War One, or our own countrymen, victims of German and Soviet savagery in 1939-45. And what about the poor Tutsis, murdered by the gone-mad members of the Hutu tribe ? Can victims be divided into better and worse ones ?”

As I have mentioned, at the beginning of March 1999, I published, at my own expense, and in the symbolic edition of 320 copies, the book DANGEROUS TOPICS. I did it in order to leave behind, to record in a journalistic form, a trace of some of my university lectures. One of its subchapters was entitled ‘Holocaust Revisionism’.

For a month, nothing happened at the university, even though I had personally handed in the first copies to Rector Nicieja and the university “top”, with an appropriate, polite dedication. A month later, I am being summoned by no, not the Rector, nor the director of the History Institute, but one of the editors of the Gazeta Wyborcza (31) who tells me with a smirk: “We’ll trample you into the ground for the little book, and the little subchapter on the Holocaust”. Well, so it all started out. On April 8, the Council of the Pedagogic-Historic Faculty of Opole University gathers up summarily, and condemns me “spontaneously”.

At the same time, the Gazeta Wyborcza, and other left-wing periodicals, the Auschwitz Museum, the Israeli Embassy, the “moral authorities”, some members of Buzek’s government (32), as well as people from the entourage of President Kwasniewski (the left and right in the same line), begin a sharp assault.

Director of the Auschwitz Museum states that I am a neo-Nazi. The spokesman for the Israeli embassy, Michael Sobelman, is surprised that “such a man works at a Polish university” (a clear suggestion to “kick me out”). Wladyslaw Bartoszewski (33) sends me to a mental institution, and so on, and so forth. Meanwhile, the frightened Rector Nicieja receives phone calls from the VIPs in the Ministry of National Education, the “Simon Wiesenthal people”, and whoever you like, warning him: “If you don’t kick out that Ratajczak, your school will be boycotted, and you won’t get any grants”. Well, so Rector suspends me from my duties as academic teacher. Alas, he is a trustworthy man, who is sensitive to the direction of the wind of history (today he fulfils the glorious function of a Polish Republic Senator from the SLD). (34)

In April 1999, I was going through hard times. My timid university colleagues turned their backs on me. There came a point when they would not recognize me in the street. It has remained so since. The media were spitting at me. As if it were not enough that I was suspended from my job, the university was told by the “top” to take me to an academic court. The court lasted a year, and was an open ridicule of justice. During the consecutive hearings, I would give 2-hour speeches on the subject of freedom of speech and the right to question.

Also, I would make a stand toward the theses announced by the Holocaust revisionists, but the university inquisition seldom pretended to listen to me. The verdict was ready: a disciplinary removal from the university, with a 3-year ban on work in the teaching profession. I had only the satisfaction of intellectually finishing off Messrs. judges (the moral bottom, and of like legal knowledge), as well as the disciplinary spokesman for Opole University, Prof. Wieslaw Lukaszewski, who, after a year of investigation, was not able to produce even one prosecution witness.

When I showed to my father Lukaszewski’s prosecution statement against me, my father asserted that, compared to Lukaszewski, one Andriei Vyshinsky (35) appeared a good lawyer. Well, but privately Lukaszewski is a psychologist, and the make-up of the academic court consisted of a medieval historian, another psychologist, as well as a priest from the OU Theological Faculty. Indeed, we have interesting priests nowadays. But at least I was comforted by the attitude of my students. They wrote petitions in my defense to Rector and the press, risking terribly on the occasion. Two of them got immediately suspended from the university.

When I learned of this, I forbade them any similar acts. Also, with a great relief, I accepted moral support from numerous countrymen. People phoned me all the time, cheering me up. Unusually active was the Polonia (36) in the USA and Canada, who inundated the university with e-mails in my defense. Several letters came also from Australia. Poles felt intuitively that the monstrous machinery of political correctness, operating like a steamroller, was falling down upon one man. I was sinking in a good company, later supplemented by courageous scientists (Miroslaw Dakowski, Rafal Broda, Ryszard Bender, Peter Raina, etc.), as well as equally courageous editors of some newspapers. I would have been a happy man if, at that time, I had fought only the learning institution’s cowards and their commanders. But no such thing.

In May 1999, my case was taken care of by the public prosecutor’s office, which accused me of breaking Article 55 of the Institute for National Remembrance Act. (37) This Article, after the fashion of West European and other states, punishes with up to three years in jail for the so-called denial of Nazi crimes.

This barely concealed censorship, in force in Poland since January 1, 1999, signifies, in my opinion, the grave of historiography, because it puts a stop to scientific questioning, without which the historian’s job makes no sense. The lawmaker, inspired by the “Holocaust Industry”, seems to say: ” It all happened so and so; if you try to deviate, we’ll clap you up”. Very well, I reply, there is no one in his right mind who would deny Nazi crimes (against Jews; that is what this strictly ethnic Act is all about), but nobody will talk into me that it all happened the way that Messrs. Gross, (38) Wilkomirski, (39) and the whole bunch of liars working for the Holocaust Industry (also in Australia there is no shortage of those) wish.

Of course, the object of the prosecution’s and court’s inquiry is the book DANGEROUS TOPICS, that is, its subchapter ‘Holocaust Revisionism’. My explanation that I merely present the revisionists’ opinions appears futile, and so do my attempts to introduce defense witnesses, experts, etc. Well, the court knows better. I’ve already got two verdicts, but the end of the affair is nowhere in sight; at present, I face 10 months in jail. It looks as if I have touched on something that causes fury of the mighty of the world, because, logically thinking, one does not persecute for three years a man for dealing with meaningless trifles.

Spanish Court Suspends Varela Verdict
Free Speech Victory in ‘Holocaust Denial’ Case

In a victory for free speech in Europe, a high court in Spain has suspended a lower court conviction of a Barcelona book dealer for distributing publications that dispute Holocaust extermination claims.

On November 16, 1998, a Barcelona criminal court declared Pedro Varela guilty of inciting racial hatred and of denying or justifying genocide, and sentenced him to five years imprisonment and a fine of 720,000 pesetas (about $5,000).

On April 30, 1999, the Spanish press announced that the provincial court of Catalonia had voted to suspend Varela’s conviction. The three judges of the Audencia court in Barcelona unanimously declared that the law under which he had been convicted may violate Article 20 of the Spanish Constitution, which guarantees the rights of free speech and free expression of opinion. Public skepticism about Holocaust claims, the three judges agreed, is constitutionally protected expressions of free speech.

The case now goes to the Constitutional Tribunal in Madrid. In the meantime, Pedro Varela’s conviction is suspended, and he is free.

Spain’s 1995 “anti-genocide” and “anti-discrimination” law (Penal Code Section 607.2) makes it a crime to express “ideas or doctrines that promote the crime [of genocide], [or] exalt its author,” or to “deny, trivialize, or justify” genocidal actions. It goes on to make it a crime to “attempt to rehabilitate or establish a regime or institution that aids practices that generate the crime of genocide.”

If the Constitutional Tribunal finds that this law is not constitutional, the sentence against Varela is annulled. If the Tribunal finds that it is constitutional, the case reverts to the Catalonia provincial court, which will reconsider the sentence.

Pedro Varela is the only person to be tried and convicted in Spain for “Holocaust denial.” His November 1998 conviction also effectively created a new class of “politically” forbidden books in that country. (See: “Spanish Court Sentences ‘Thought Criminal’,” Nov.-Dec. 1998 Journal, pp. 21-23.)

So far the local police has not returned the 20,000 books it seized from Varela’s book store during a raid on December 12, 1996. If Varela’s conviction is upheld, the books will be destroyed.
‘Close Links’

Britain’s Searchlight magazine, which calls itself an “international anti-fascist monthly,” dealt with Pedro Varela and his conviction in a lengthy, front-cover article (Jan. 1999). “At long last,” it gloated, “the forces of law and order have caught up” with Varela. It went on to stress his “neo-Nazi” past and his “international” connections, which allegedly included “close links between Varela’s shop with the Institute for Historical Review in the USA, arguably the world’s most important and dangerous coordinating centre of historical revisionism.” (In fact, these “close links” consisted simply of wholesale purchases of IHR books, which were then re-sold by the Europa book store.)
Mob Violence and Book Burning

Not content with the 1996 seizure of 20,000 books, and the November 1998 sentencing of Varela, more than 500 “anti-fascists” rallied on January 16, 1999, in front of the Europa book store on Barcelona’s Séneca street to vent their rage and hatred.

Some of the protestors stormed the shop, smashing protective metal shutters and doors. The political terrorists broke windows, tore down book shelves, and destroyed office furniture and equipment. They gathered up several hundred books, as well some video cassettes, which they heaped into a large pile and set on fire.

Although the police were promptly and repeatedly called, they gave no help against the violent attack. Instead, they stood by passively. As if by order, they did nothing to stop the destruction.

In the aftermath of the attack, Varela commented:

A group of friends is trying, at great personal sacrifice, to rebuild the Europa book store. But the damage is very extensive — about three million pesetas worth. In addition to the doors and the equipment, many books were destroyed, and others are no longer suitable for sale.

Pointing up the prevailing double standard in the media, the bigoted attack on Varela’s book store received no attention in US newspapers, and only limited coverage in the Spanish press. A comparable attack by “neo-Nazis” would almost certainly have prompted news coverage in the American press, as well as indignant editorial commentary.

This attack recalls the July 4, 1984, fire-bombing of the offices and warehouse of the Institute for Historical Review in southern California. That devastating arson attack caused an estimated $400,000 in damages.
Defiant and Determined

In spite of his ordeal, Pedro Varela remains defiant and determined. He says:

When the authorities are not able to subdue those who think differently, they let loose terrorists and their accomplices. And behind all this are fanatics of the dictatorship of thought coordination, enthusiasts for democracy who have contempt for those who think differently, representatives of the anti-racism business, and supporters of reverse racism. These are people of the character of Danton, Marat or Robespierre, who, in the name of progress, humanity, freedom and tolerance, are ready to order the burning of books, to close or destroy book stores, and to lock up the innocent.

Evil can only be fought with good. We have said that we fight lies with the truth. And so it shall be. If those people, whose views have been brought into doubt by so many authors, really had reason on their side, they would permit skeptical questioning, respond with patience, and not try to hide their documents and their “proofs.” But when they are caught in their lies, they call the judges, hide behind the authorities and use the media, all to criminalize any form of opposition. In acting this way, they show themselves for what they are.

Truth is always calm and composed. Lies, though — as a priest who is friendly to us puts it — demand secular recognition.

Worldwide Struggle for Free Speech

Over several decades a tremendous worldwide media and socio-political campaign has made “the Holocaust” a mighty icon of our culture. As a result, in the United States and in much of Europe, anyone who publicly questions the familiar “Six Million” extermination story can expect public scorn and social ostracism.

In the US, for example, Jewish pressure (1990-93) destroyed the career of execution hardware specialist Fred Leuchter because he had concluded, on the basis of a detailed forensic examination of the alleged gas chambers of Auschwitz, Birkenau and Majdanek, that these facilities were never used to kill people as claimed. (See the Winter 1992-93 Journal, pp. 421-444, 485-492.) And in Japan, Jewish pressure in 1995 forced one of the country’s largest publishing companies to shut down the large-circulation Marco Polo magazine because it had carried an article disputing claims of mass killings in gas chambers at Auschwitz. (See “‘No Gas Chambers’ Says Influential Japanese Magazine,” March-April 1995 Journal, pp. 2-9.)

Not content with that, Jewish-Zionist groups have waged a international campaign to criminalize public expressions of doubt about Holocaust claims. In 1982 the Institute for Jewish Affairs in London, an agency of the World Jewish Congress, announced an effort to persuade governments to outlaw “Holocaust denial” (Jewish Chronicle [London], April 23, 1982). The anti-revisionist “thought crime” laws that were subsequently introduced in several countries reflect the success of this initiative. Today it is illegal in Israel and in about half the countries of Europe, including Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Poland, and Austria, to dispute Holocaust claims.

But this campaign has not always been successful. A plan by the British Labour Party to introduce “Holocaust denial” legislation in the UK was quietly abandoned — for the time being anyway — after it came under considerable public criticism.

In most of the world, including such major countries as the United States, Russia, China, India, Indonesia, Brazil, Japan, and Argentina, people are still free publicly to express doubts about the “Six Million” story. Even in Europe, Holocaust skepticism remains legal in Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Ukraine, Britain, Ireland, and Croatia.

Pedro Varela has won an important victory in the on-going worldwide struggle for free thought and expression. Together with his attorneys and supporters, he has persuaded a high court in Spain publicly to acknowledge the obvious: “Holocaust denial” laws violate traditional Western standards of free speech.

Revisionist Publisher Varela arrested in Spain

The Spanish thought-police seized five hundred books in the raid. Varela was under arrest from 11 a.m. Tuesday to 2 a.m. Wednesday, when he posted bail. Varela is subject to 5 years in prison if convicted.

One of the books that Mr. Varela is accused of publishing is a standard, 1971 work on the subject of race and IQ by Hans Eysenck, Race, Intelligence and Education, published in the U.S. as The IQ Argument. Eysenck, a German who left the Third Reich in the 1930s out of opposition to its policies, authored 50 books and 900 academic articles, and was one of the most highly regarded scientific psychologists in the world.

The federal prosecutor for Barcelona who caused his arrest is a Mr. Mena, a former Maoist who is now a “democrat.”

Varela has had previous contacts with the “justice system” of his  country, as well as that of Austria, thus he is a “recidivist,” which may affect the outcome of his current indictment.  He was arrested first in December 1996 on similar charges of defending genocide. Twenty thousand books plus other items were seized and later ordered burned.

On November 16, 1998 a Spanish court sentenced Varela to five years imprisonment for “incitement to racial hatred” and for “denying or justifying genocide.” The sentence was Spain’s first conviction for “Holocaust denial.” It is based on the country’s 1995 anti-genocide and anti-discrimination law.

On May 11, 1995  the Spanish parliament revised the country’s criminal code by creating the crimes of  “justifying genocide” and “promoting racial hatred.” The new code was signed into law by Prime Minister Felipe Gonzalez and King Juan Carlos.

Eesti rejected my asylum & put me in jail. They called me racist, said there is now a ten year ban on me in Estonia since Feb. of 2007. They said in court that the kingdom of Sweden had some trial in Absenta agaist me – indictment, action ruling, something. The translator gave it all those names. BEIJING — China’s leading dissident, Liu Xiaobo, was sentenced to 11 years in prison on Friday after a court found the 53-year-old literary scholar guilty of “inciting subversion to state power” through his writings and role in Charter 08, a petition advocating human rights, free speech and an end to one-party rule.

The sentencing sent a signal that the Chinese Communist Party will continue to stifle domestic political critics, especially those who seek to organize their fellow Chinese. And it provided evidence that political modernization might not go hand in hand with China’s economic modernization, contrary to past predictions by Chinese dissidents, U.S. business executives, political theorists and proselytizers of the Internet age.

According to the Dui Hua Foundation, a San Francisco-based human rights group, Liu’s sentence was longer than any other sentence handed down for “inciting subversion” since the charge was established in the 1997 reform of the criminal law.

“You can think democracy, you can talk democracy, but you can’t do democracy,” said Li Fan, director of the World and China Institute in Beijing.

Anti-NWO activist and writer Philip Jones died Nov.24 in Denmark after contracting “stomach cancer.” I was aware of the relationship Vincent describes but not Philip’s suspicions.

Dear Henry,
Your many correspondents regarding the untimely death of Philip John Jones must be forgiven their suspicions that his passing was somehow hastened by an unseen hand. Having had the privilege to have been in correspondence with Philip for several months before his sudden illness and death, Philip had, for whatever reason, decided to share his thoughts and suspicions about a peculiar incident that seemed to be growing in importance the more he pondered it.

Apparently, around 18 months ago, a woman began to correspond with Philip. According to her, she seemed very conversant with all things NWO, as well as apparently knowing a great deal about other esoteric and arcane subjects. She seemed to be in agreement with Philip’s areas of research. They corresponded, and they decided to meet.

This woman, who was married with 2 daughters, introduced herself and her husband to Philip and his wife. Over time, this woman gained Philip’s trust, and began to create concoctions of her own “vitamins” which she administered to Philip on a daily basis for several months. Moreover, Philip described her as almost “….living in my bathroom…” that is to say, apart from her “vitamin” preparation for Philip, she seemed to spend an inordinate time in Philip’s personal space, something he had noted out of curiosity and mentioned in writing to me. Then, almost as quickly as this woman and her husband had appeared in his life, she withdrew from his life, “…taking all of her vitamins and every single ingredient with her….” according to Philip.

Approximately 3 months ago, Philip and his wife went to a restaurant and upon coming home, he became violently ill. From that day forward, his health rapidly declined. However, according to Philip, his suspicion was not that he had been poisoned at the restaurant, but that the vitamins he had been the causal agent of his illness.

Philip SPECIFICALLY wrote to me that he had come to the conclusion that this “pair” were Illuminati agents, that her husband was her “handler” and that she, whose father had been in the military, was raised in a mind controlled environment. Many of the details of her behavior patterns, upon analysis and reflection, were classic mind-control responses, according to Philip’s hindsight analysis.

To summarize, Philip John Jones, before his hospitalization and death, specifically stated that he had felt he had been a victim of an Illuminati “hit.” Knowing all the intricate details of this relationship Philip chose to share with me, for reasons known only to him, would leave little doubt in any researcher’s mind about what has transpired to end the life of one of the true giants of esoteric research on the subject of planetary control.

I share this for only one reason. I want everyone who ever read, enjoyed and benefited from the gifts of Philip John Jones’ research and analysis to know that his life was terminated with extreme prejudice.

Despite this, Philip John Jones’ writing and research will stand as a beacon, shining a light upon the darkness where the serpents — and the Illuminati — still dwell, from this day until their final extermination.
