Just after noon Central time, the legendary author of hundreds of books and pamphlets demolishing the lies of war-making mainstream media, historian Eustace Mullins died Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2010, at the home of his caretaker in a small town in Texas.

Mullins, who would have been 87 on March 9th, suffered a stroke three weeks ago in Columbus, Ohio. He had been on an extended tour of his admirers for much of the past year, visiting and chatting with many of his thousands of fans who jumped at the chance to buy his books from him in person.

(Note: Eustace attended a party, held in honour of his 80th birthday, at the infamous Jekyll Island Hotel in Georgia. He accepted a glass of wine – contrary to his lifestyle & better judgement – after which he did not feel well. He said that when he got into his car to leave the hotel, he had 5 accidents before he even got out of the parking lot! When he got on the highway to head home he ended up on the wrong side of the highway and was pulled over by the police and resent on his way. He said this happened no less than 13 times?!?!? Now unless they wanted you to have a head-on collision, do you think the police would let you go 13 times?!? Eustace said his health went down hill ever since & has suffered several strokes since that fatefull night.)

The author of such incendiary books as “Secrets of the Federal Reserve,” “Murder by Injection,” and “The Curse of Canaan,” Mullins was harassed by the FBI for almost a half century, and had one of his books burned in Germany in the 1950s. These stories are recounted in one of his books, “A Writ for Martyrs.”

A protege of the imprisoned patriotic poet Ezra Pound, Mullins compiled a well-researched corpus of works that detailed the passage down through time of a hereditary group of banker killers who have essentially ruled the world from behind the scenes since ancient times.

Mullins spent every morning for two years in the Library of Congress and met with Pound every afternoon. The resulting manuscript, “The Secrets of the Federal Reserve” proved too hot for any American publisher to handle. Nineteen rejected it. One said, “you’ll never get this published in New York.” When it finally appeared in Germany in 1955, the U.S. Military Government confiscated all 10,000 copies and burned them.

Essentially it paints a picture of the world, and the role of the United States, which is radically different from the one we are given in school or in the media.

“Notwithstanding the war of independence against England,” writes Mullins, “we remained an economic and financial colony of Great Britain.” Between 1865 and 1913, he says London bankers led by the Rothschilds used agents such as J.P. Morgan and J.D. Rockefeller to gain control of American industry and organize it into cartels.

Where did these bankers get the money? For over 200 years, European bankers have been able to draw on the credit of their host countries to print it!

In the Seventeenth Century, the moneylenders and the aristocracy made a pact. If the king would make paper currency a liability of the state, the moneylenders would print as much as he liked! Thus the Banks of England, France and the Reichsbank came into being but they were all private corporations and remain so today.

According to this nefarious pact, the moneylenders got to charge interest on assets they created out of thin air. The aristocracy all took shares in the central banks plus they got to finance a burgeoning government and to wage costly wars.

This piece of chicanery is at the heart what plagues humanity.

The bankers have a vested interest in the state (i.e. the people) incurring as much debt as possible. They are behind the Marxist, socialist and liberal movements which call for big government and social spending. They are behind the catastrophic wars of the last century. The Warburgs financed the Bolshevik Revolution. The Bank of England financed the rise of Hitler. Prescott Bush (W’s grandfather) was head of Brown Brothers Harriman, which financed the construction of the Nazi war machine.

Naturally if you can create money out of thin air, your first instinct is to buy tangible assets with it. There is a powerful impulse to use debt to control nations and take over their real assets. This is the essence of the so-called Third World Debt crisis. Dedicated to owning all wealth and enslaving humanity, an irresistible vampire has been unleashed uponthe world

Much of Mullins book is devoted to the subterfuge by which the United States was drawn into its lethal embrace. In 1913, the Owen-Glass Bill gave mostly foreign-controlled banks (posing as “the Federal Reserve”) the right to create currency based on the credit of the United States government and to charge it interest for doing it!

To accomplish this, the bankers had to rig the election of 1913 in order to get Woodrow Wilson elected. Then their stooges in Congress passed the legislation on December 22 after their opponents had gone home for Christmas.

“This act establishes the most gigantic trust [cartel] on earth,” Congressman Charles Lindbergh said at the time. “When the President signs this bill; the invisible government by the Monetary Power will be legalized. The people may not know it immediately but the day of reckoning is only a few years removed.”

Mullins explains that the legislation passed just in time for the American people to finance World War One. After maintaining standing armies for 50 years, European powers no longer could afford the luxury of another war. But the U.S. was relatively debt free and made the whole thing possible.

What would WWI have been without Germany? Apparently Germany was not self-sufficient in food and would have had to sit out this war. In the nick of time, the bankers organized something called “The Belgium Relief Committee” which channeled billions of dollars worth of U.S. meat and potatoes not to Belgium but to Germany. When Edith Cavell, an American working in a Belgium hospital pointed this out, British intelligence had the Germans arrest and execute her.

Mullins makes a convincing case that every U.S. President since Wilson has been a lackey of the bankers. J.F. Kennedy was assassinated because he started to print his own U.S. government-backed currency. This is also the transgression that led to the murders of Presidents Abraham Lincoln and James Garfield.

Last year alone, the American people paid $360 billion in interest to the bankers. To maintain this massive fraud, the bankers enforce an iron grip on the political and cultural organs of the nation. According to Mullins, “The New York Times” is owned by the Kuhn Loeb while “The Washington Post” is owned by Lazard Freres. In Europe the Rothschilds own Reuters as well as the French and German news services.

I presume US publishers, TV networks and movie producers are similarly beholden. Rockefellers, Carnegies and the Fords endow the nations’ libraries and universities. Journalists and professors dutifully parrot fantasies about democracy and freedom. Mind control laboratories run by the CIA and the British army (TheTavistock Institute) dream up ways to manipulate and undermine the population. The psychological sterilization of the human female (”feminism”) is an example.

The “War on Terror” is part of the banking cabal’s plan to consolidate its grip on humanity in a friendly (or not so friendly) fascist “New World Order.” They want to secure their political, economic and social grip on the obstreperous Muslim world, as well as build up a security apparatus in case the docile populations of the West become restive.

Jones and I had collaborated in the spring of 2006 on his research into the molten metal seen at the World Trade Center. I had learned and reported about the molten iron found in the basements of the three collapsed towers in the summer of 2002. These reports had piqued the interest of Jones several years later. His scientific interest resulted in a thesis that Thermite-type cutter charges had been used to facilitate the destruction of the twin towers and the 47-story WTC 7.

I took Jones’ research to the University of California at Davis where I met with Professor Thomas Cahill. Cahill had collected data and analyzed the particles of the smoke (with a Davis DRUM) that rose from the WTC debris pile from early October until Christmas 2001. “The banks have corrupted parliaments and courts in order to achieve their seemingly invincible position. Through the parliaments, banks have set in place legislation which forms the blue print and provides the means to realize their goal.

However, such legislation can only be enforced through the courts where, if justice were to prevail, bad laws would be vetoed and rejected in fair trials or tribunals. That is why the banks have to have dominance over the courts. They do this by firstly controlling the judges and secondly eliminating juries—thereby removing any possibility that the judges may “do right” or that the people may exercise their will.

But there is a chink in the banks’ armour—an Achilles’ heel. There is a way to smash the banks by proclaiming a simple truth which the banks have swept aside in the implementation of their practice of issuing loan contracts.

The truth is in the meaning of the word, “variable,” as found in the Oxford English Dictionary. “Variable” means “uncertain” and “certain” means “not variable.” For contracts to be valid under the common law, there must be “certainty of terms” as an essential element. Therefore, all loan contracts in which the banks have incorporated variable interest rates are invalid. Those loans are illegal and the banks are common law criminals.

The other day I received the following information by email:

Police came to arrest John on Thursday July 16, the first officer went away after John asked to see a warrant and told him he was trespassing. The police replied, “We don’t need a warrant we are the police.” A couple of hours later they came back in force. As John was videoing the goings on, they started on the screen door with a crowbar, after damaging the screen door and going to start on the main door, John told them to hold off and he will open the door, he put the camera down and opened the door, they proceeded to attack him, they had him on the ground, one had him in a head lock another jumped on his back and had his knees compressing his chest so he could hardly breath, John said that he thought that he was going to die, the policeman on top of him said, “That will teach you.” Photo shows John Wilson’s graffiti on his former dental surgery.

And all this without a warrant and no charge. Are they acting under a new law??? The Mental Health Act?. . . so they put him in Silverwater Jail, the hearing is set down for the August 26, and to keep him out of circulation they are going to hear it with a camera link-up with Silverwater Jail, they won’t let him have any paperwork to defend himself in court. How is that for a totalitarian police State!!! John has applied for bail, but he thinks that since they want him out of harm’s way the chances of getting bail are slim, beside the fact that the Police are acting like terrorists, breaking every law that you can think of, trespass, break and enter, assault, robbery, (they stole his camera with all the evidence).

Since John will be out of action until at least the August 26 for any updates email John Bauskis. John has asked me to try and organize a peaceful protest at Parramatta Local Court on August 26, all carrying the Australian flag, and wearing tee shirts with “Trial by Jury is Democracy” or appropriate slogan, now this is our last chance to fight for our Rights.

Marius Reikerås representerer Nordsjødykkerne som sitter på mulige erstatningskrav mot Staten på flere hundre millioner kroner. Statens eiere, det skjulte klandestine nettverk som har hatt makten (og æren – som egentlig de stjal fra krigseilerne også i tillegg til hyrene deres) etter krigen i vårt land, ønsker ikke at Nordsjødykkerne skal få disse penger, – som de regner for sine, siden de skal investeres i DERES saker, og ikke spres ut til de menige nordmenn i utrengsmål.

I 2008 hadde Marius med suksess fått saken med Nordsjødykkerne til førsteinstans; Oslo Tingrett. Systemet synes ikke om å få den lenger opp i rettssystemet.

De 19 nordsjødykkerne i Nordsjødykker Alliansen (NSDA) tapte saken mot den norske stat i dom avsagt 9. september 2008. Ikke ble det dømt for menneskerettighetsbrudd. Ikke ble det gitt erstatning. Saken ble for vanskelig for Oslo Tingrett som mente at Høyesterett måtte avgjøre om Staten kunne gjøres objektiv ansvarlig.

Advokat Marius Reikerås jobber mot alle odds i denne saken, idet Staten underslår dokumenter, så det blir en nesten umulig oppgave. Med hans egne ord: ‘Jeg begynte å jobbe med dykkersaken i juni 2006 og siden har denne tatt mesteparten av min tid. For meg har det vært et enormt privilegium å få være med dykkerne å få jobbe med dykkersaken.

Som menneskerettsadvokat er det ingen saker som er viktigere enn denne. Det gjelder på alle plan. Når jeg er ferdig med dykkersaken, kan det godt være at jeg ikke lengre har noen motivasjon for å jobbe som advokat.

Jeg har snakket med Tom og Guttorm nærmest daglig siden 2006 og for meg fremstår disse som to helt enestående personer som aldri kommer til å gi opp før anstendigheten har seiret. Det gjør forresten mange andre involverte i dykkersaken også. Når en har slike personer som går foran, så gir det signaler til resten om at dette skal vi lykkes med.

De har, tross helt minimalt med ressurser og med maksimalt av trakassering og hindringer, ført en kamp som gjør at jeg vil si at vi aldri har vært nærmere et gjennombrudd i dykkersaken enn hva vi er i dag. ‘

Den 3. januar skrev Dagbladets utmerkede og idealistiske journalist, Gunnar Ringheim en leder på side 3 om ‘ Den norske skammen’. Her skriver ham blant annet: ‘Politikerne står i ei dyp tillitskrise overfor pionerdykkerne, som opplever at Stortinget sendte regjeringsadvokaten på dem i retten med ubegrensede midler og vide fullmakter til å obstruere og trakassere. Selv måtte dykkerne låne penger til fly og tog for å følge sin egen rettssak. De sov på flatseng under den 13 uker lange maratonrettssaken fordi uføretrygden ikke rakk til hotellovernatting. Og fordi rettsprinsippene ikke rakk til husly for langveisfarende saksøkere med traumatiske helseskader.‘

‘Dette setter ting i perspektiv og forteller oss om en rettsstat som ikke yter rettferdighet for de som ikke er bemidlet eller har ressurser, sier Reikerås.

Like etter at Nordsjødykkersaken var over i september 2008. satte nettverket igang sitt apparat:

• Fraværsdom av det statlige forliksråd hvor Reikerås er gjort fullstendig rettsløs og ikke minst fullstendig uvitende med et totalkrav på rundt 1,4 millioner kroner. Det konstateres siden at Forliksrådet i Bergen som domsorgan, gjennom betydelig påvirkning av advokat Wesenberg, har begått noe av det groveste overtrampet mot en enkeltperson som noen gang er gjort. Det fantastiske er at tilsvar var selvsagt inngitt, og saken ble av partene hevet, men til tross for dette avsier Forliksrådet uteblivelsesdom (?). Det er nettopp fordi Marius tidligere har opplevd særdeles mangelfull behandling i Forliksrådet at han selvsagt sørget for å få kopi av kvittering for at tilsvar var gitt innen den 18.3.08, samme dato hvor saken også ble hevet. At Egil Anfindsen trakk denne saken, er også bekreftet mottatt av Namsfogden hvor det viser seg at også denne tilbaketrekkingen er mottatt den 10. juni 2008 :

1. Det vises om dette til tilleggsanmeldelse av 18.6.08 fra Wesenberg hvor han skriver på side 2 4, avsnitt:
   ‘Ved fornyet henvendelse til forliksrådet har jeg nå fått bekreftet at forliksrådet mottok erklæring fra Egil Anfindsen den 10. juni d.å.‘
2. Det utrolige, er altså at advokat Wesenberg sitter med bekreftelsen på at Egil Anfindsen trakk forliksklagen tilbake også i juni måned og som vitterlig er mottatt av Namsfogden i Bergen. Videre er det altå slik at Wesenberg selv bekrefter at forliksrådet mottok tilbaketrekkingserklæringen av 10. juni og at han har hatt kontakt med Forliksrådet etter denne datoen..
3. Når dette sees i sammenheng med at Wesenberg selv anmoder om at fraværsdom avsies så raskt som mulig, tror kan en knapt tro det en leser.
4. Det er således altså slik at Forliksrådet har vært fullt ut klar over at klagen var trukket tilbake og dette er bekreftet mottatt hos Namsfogden den 10.06.08. Så viser det seg altså at Wesenberg har hatt en eller flere samtaler med en eller annen ansatt hos Forliksrådet og anmodet om at det avises uteblivelsesdom til tross for at saken er hevet. Det er jo helt på det rene at Forliksrådet også avsier slik avgjørelse rett i etterkant, og fullstendig bak domfeltes rygg. Hvordan dette kan være mulig, er ikke til å fatte. At dette skjer i Norge er ikke til å tro og det må sies å være svært alvorlig.
5. Som ikke dette er nok, sender så Wesenberg et brev til Marius primo oktober hvor han truer med å begjære utlegg i hans families eiendeler med hjemmel i den avsagte uteblivelsesavgjørelsen. En kan jo bare forestille seg hvordan familien reagerer når noen kommer hjem og forteller at Wesenberg har truet med utleggsbegjæring i våre felles eiendeler med støtte i en uteblivelsesavgjørelse der det er helt tydelig at alt har skjedd bak hans rygg og hvor Wesenberg selv har hatt samtaler og påvirket representanter for Forliksrådet til å avsi denne uteblivelsesavgjørelsen på tross av at Forliksrådet vet saken er hevet og trukket ikke bare en, men to ganger.
6. Så fortsetter den utrolige historien hvor han den 9.12.08 mottar brev fra brev fra den SAMME Namsfogden i Bergen hvor iverksettelsene av truslene til Wesenberg nå er blitt en realitet ved at det skal avholdes utleggsforretning hos Namsfogden den 5.1.09.

• Advarsel fra Advokatbevillingsnemden (statlige Tilsynsrådet) fordi han ikke hadde mulighet til å ferdigstille regnskapet så lenge dykkersaken pågikk (var bare snakk om en måneds tid utsettelse). Det hele begynte med at han skrev et brev til Tilsynsrådet den 18. mars, hvor det gjordes klart at det ville være umulig å få regnskapet klart innen 1.april på grunn av alt arbeide med dykkersaken. En stund etter dette, fikk han det første av to svært fiendtlige brev fra Tilsynsrådet. Formen opplevdes som svært truende og i det første brevet, fikk han klar beskjed om at siden regnskapet var forsinket, så ville tilsynsrådet oversende saken til advokatbevillingsnemnden med anbefaling om å frata han bevillingen. Det ble så skrevet tilbake og sa at han for lenge siden hadde gjort Tilsynsrådet oppmerksom på at det var umulig å ferdigstille regnskapet til 1.4.08 og at både hans kollega og han selv var fysisk og psykisk utslitt som følge av et enormt arbeidspress det seneste året. Samtidig ga han også beskjed om at regnskapet ligger hos revisor og var klart innen utgangen av juni som er fristen etter regnskapsloven. Den 27.6. ble regnskapet innsendt og revisorgodkjent uten anmerkninger.

• Fullt bokettersyn fra det statlige tilsynsråd uten informasjon om noe som helst av rettigheter. Må avlegge rapport for når han avvikler sommerferien. Tilsynsrådets egen revisor, Svein Erik Stiansen, ringer og sier at han vil komme dagen etter for å avholde bokettersyn. Altså en dags varsel, uten at Marius Reikerås skal få tid til å sette seg inn i hvilke rettigheter han har i forbindelse med blant annet det faktum at et advokatkontor håndterer taushetsbelagt og sensitiv informasjon. Tonen fra revisor opplevdes som til dels svært amper. Marius Reikerås svarer at det ikke lar seg gjøre å avholde et tilsyn med bare timers varsel.
  Samme dag sender så revisor Stiansen en e-post til Marius med følgende ordlyd:
  ‘For ordens skyld ber jeg deg vennligst sende meg en skriftlig beskjed om at du starter ferien i morgen onsdag 25. juni.‘.
  ‘Jeg må altså rapportere til Tilsynsrådet og revisor Stiansen om når jeg skal starte min ferie. Det hele virker helt surrealistisk.‘, sier Mrius Reikerås.
  ‘Fra torsdag den 25.9.08 begynner en nærmest vanvittig trakasseringsprosess fra Stiansen, hvor Stiansen direkte trakasserer med å sende en rekke e-poster i helgene‘.03.10.08 Kl 17.49

• Flere politianmeldelser fra Wesenberg på vegne av en ‘klient’, som påstod at han hadde overtatt en av Reikerås’ klienter, men som ikke var tilfelle. I desember 2008, fikk så Reikerås den siste utleggsbegjæring fra namsfogden og totalt sett har så advokat Wesenberg med hjemmel i denne uteblivelsesavgjørelsen, som han fritt har fått diktere, forlangt utlegg på ca 1,5 millioner i Reikerås families eiendeler og hvor det så tidlig som 22.desember 2008 skal avholdes den første av tre utleggsforretninger. Det er således overveldende bevis for at Wesenberg forsøker og også påvirke namsfogden til å ta utlegg i advokat Reikerås families eiendeler på tross av at han ikke bare har vært i ond tro, han har også diktert hele uteblivelsesavgjørelsen. Dette er et grovt forsøk på bedrageri, i tillegg til det straffbare som ligger i å påvirke et offentlig organ. Følgende kan oppsummeres slik:

1. Det er betydelige bevis og hevet over enhver tvil at Wesenberg har påvirket forliksrådet til å avsi en uteblivelsesdom mot meg på nærmere 1,5 millioner kroner.
2. - Alt er gjort bak hans rygg og kunnskap, og på kontradiksjonsmuligheter eksisterer ikke.

• Strøk på prøvesak for Høyesterett, selv om saken ble vunnet. I ettertid fant en ut at den ene dommeren, Kirsti Coward, er samboer med regjeringsadvokaten, Svein Fagernes. Fagernes er altså sjefen til Reusch og Sending som er prosessfullmektiger i ‘dykkersaken’.

• Blitt ilagt renter på nærmere 50.000 kroner og et totalt restskatt på nærmere 800.000 som skatt i relasjon til arbeidet med dykkersaken til tross for at han ikke har mottatt lønn for dykkersaken ennå.

• I tillegg blir han ‘bombandert’ med statlige trusler om inkasso.

• I tillegg kommer statlige momskrav med mer for samme ikke forfalte fremtidige inntekter.

Full pakke av hva Herman Berge kalle PSYOP nervekrig operasjoner. Som altså går på å psyke en ut, angrep fra alle kanter samtidig. Dette er spesielt vanskelig å oppleve for de som ikke forstår eller vet hva de står ovenfor og hvorfor. Vet en DET, så går alt så mye bedre. I ettertid har det også vist seg at advokat Wesenberg og Tilsynsrådet har hatt mye korrespondanse bak Reikerås sin rygg, da sannsynligvis for å koordinere PSYOP nervekrig operasjonen.

Noe av det verste med dette, er at Marius Reikerås har dokumentasjon på samarbeidet mellom Wesenberg og Tilsynsrådet/ Stiansen, uten at offeret deres får vite noen ting. I det hele tatt så er dette pill råttent, hvis formål utelukkende er å knekke Marius Reikerås med en langvarig psykisk trakassering.

Marius Reikerås sier videre i en email til undertegnede den 5. Januar 2009:
‘Mitt lille firma har som klar målsetting å kjempe for den lille mot den store og det har jeg vel etter hvert fått et navn for. Det å kjempe mot staten vet vi alle i utgangspunktet er en meget krevende jobb, hvor ressursene er svært skjeve. Vi vet også gjennom blant annet dykkersaken, at staten er villig til å ta i bruk alle nødvendige hjelpemidler for å hindre at sannheten kommer frem.

Til tross for alle forsøk fra statlig side på å motarbeide oss, lot vi oss heldigvis ikke kneble og det liker selvsagt ikke staten. Og det er det jeg bokstavlig talt føler på kroppen nå. Jeg opplever at Tilsynsrådet for advokatvirksomhet virkelig har satt i gang en omfattende og langvarende trakasseringsprosess for å få psyke meg ned og få meg fjernet. Mitt tips er at de forsøker å frata meg bevillingen i løpet av dette halvår.‘

Reikerås sier videre i en email den 26.01.2009:
‘Dykkersaken har nesten kostet meg helsa, ikke bare på grunn av all jobbingen, men mest fordi jeg er blitt kjeppjaget av Det statlige tilsynsrådet i lang tid nå. Grunnen er selvsagt at de ønsker å psyke meg ned å ta fra meg bevillingen, slik at jeg ikke lengre kan jobbe med dykkersaken. Jeg har med hjelp av andre gått Tilsynsrådet og herrene Bruusgaard og Stiansen i sømmene. Og det er ikke pent det vi har funnet. Gå inn på rettsnorge.no og les om disse to som har trakassert meg på det groveste i godt over ett halv år. Med andre ord begynte trakasseringen rett etter at vi var ferdig med dykkersaken i Oslo tingsrett. Neppe tilfeldig.‘

Han forsetter med godt mot for utsiktene i 2009:
‘Vi kan ikke lengre sitte og se på at mennesker blir behandlet på denne måten av verdens rikeste land. Det gjelder så mange andre også. Det være seg FN- veteranen, krigsbarn, barnehjemsbarn, sjøfolk, vaksineofre m.fl blir behandlet på denne måten av en Ap- regjering som nærmest later som om de ikke finnes. Det er tydelig at intet er lært i forhold til hvordan vi behandlet krigsseilerne. I helgen leste jeg i VG at en døende og nå død kreftpasient fikk avkortet erstatningen sin fra 900 000 til 180 000 fra staten fordi han skulle dø. Når slikt skjer, er det på tide å si stopp.

Kommer jeg meg gjennom denne kneika skal jeg love at jeg vil være mer motivert enn noen gang for å fortsette å jobbe for rettferdigheten.‘

As many of you will know, Muad’Dib is the producer of the film “7/7 Ripple Effect“, and He was arrested in Ireland for the ‘crime’ of sending DVD’s of the film to the judge and jury of the first trial of three men: Waheed Ali, 25, Sadeer Saleem, 28, and Mohammed Shakil, 32, who were being tried at Kingston Crown Court, England, wrongfully accused of helping the four designated patsies of the London 7/7/2005 bombings who were; in reality; victims, as much as all the others who died and/or were injured and traumatized that day.

Muad’Dib has been falsely and hypocritically accused of ‘attempting to pervert the course of justice’, when the film; and the act of sending copies of it to those in charge of delivering a verdict; are all about STRAIGHTENING the course of justice, which the U.K. authorities are perverting.

Sending proof of someone’s innocence should NEVER be a crime.

Recently, a man named Anthony John Hill was arrested and is now being corruptly and forcefully extradited to nazi-London where He will stand trial for the heinous crime of:  sending a DVD to a courthouse.  Yes… Really.

We met with John Anthony Hill who got arrested for mailing a DVD (with no letter attached) to a UK court from Ireland (reported by the Irish Times). John is also the producer and narrator of this DVD.

Mr Hill, 60 years old, showed us his arrest warrant and gave us permission to pass on information contained in it. The maximum sentence on the warrant is Life Imprisonment in England. John had his computer and other property seized which is why he requested other people to help him as he is not able to defend him self properly as a result. The phony charge is possibly fabricating evidence that might cause injustice and this is from the same country that helped put people in Guantanamo and other torture facilities world-wide. The DVD only contains main stream media news (BBC, ITV, New York Times etc) and the small remainder is his political opinion which as of yet no one is legally supposed to be extradited for, within the EU. The DVDs were also never given to the Judge or Foreman of the trail which is to do with 3 men never mentioned in the DVD. Regardless if you agree or disagree with the contents of this documentary anyone who values freedom would see there is an injustice being carried out here.

John’s court case is on this Thursday at the four courts in Dublin. Having a gathering outside would not change anything inside the court but it might get the media to shine more light on this injustice. John is asking anyone who is not working that day (this Thursday the 19th) to come along at 1:30pm, and any who can take a half day. I’m not sure if handing out his DVD or flyers with information contained in the DVD on the street would be WELCOMED by the court, but it is not yet illegal to hand out free materials on the public streets of Dublin that does not promote a commercial event. Anyone who has the technical abilities to make copies or photocopy information and is able to come along might want to think of doing so. The documentary is available free on the Google videos and Youtube, 7/7 Ripple Effect. Perhaps spread this on forums and contact the media if you think it is a good idea or better yet come up with your own peaceful ideas.

I’m sure you would want support too if injustice was being carried out against you, but you should only help because you want to.

Would the world be a safer place if people who mail public information are behind bars?

Today at the four courts in Dublin, 11am – court 11, the Judge ruled on whether or not to extradite John Anthony Hill to the UK. John mailed a publicly available DVD, with no letter attached, to a court in the UK during a trial of three men. The DVD had nothing to do with those three men, it containes information from the BBC, ITV, the New York Times and other such established main stream news entities about four different men. During John’s trial in Ireland, March 19th, the judge said in his closing statement that he would watch the DVD before making a decision. Today we found out that the judge failed to uphold that promise/commitment made in court when he told the court he had not looked at that evidence. The Judge ruled against John, 60 years old, who was then put in to handcuffs and lead away by the police to a prison. The Judge said a number of people from all over the world mailed him envelopes with DVDs, he also said he did not open the envelopes.

Den Nye DVD-Jon

Anthony John Hill – aka Muad’Dib – er en 60 år gammel mann født i Sheffield, som i 2007 produserte en dokumentarfilm ved navn «7/7 Ripple Effect». Filmen omhandler terrorangrepet på kollektivnettet i London 7. juli 2005. Natt til tirsdag 10. februar 2009 ble 60-åringen pågrepet og arrestert av Gardai-styrker i sitt hjem i småbyen Kells i Irland.

Onsdag 11. februar kan vi lese i Irish Times at mannen ble fremstilt for irsk Høyesterett etter arrestasjonen, og der anklaget for å ha sendt en DVD – sin egen DVD – i et brev til en adresse i nabolandet Storbritannia.

Nabolandet ville ved hjelp av en europeisk arrestordre (EAW) ha DVD-John utlevert. En EAW er ifølge svensk Wikipedia:

en arresteringsorder som förpliktar stat som är medlem i Europeiska unionen att till annan sådan stat utlämna person som är misstänkt för brott vilket den eftersökte är häktad på sannolika skäl misstänkt för brottet och för vilket är föreskrivet fängelse i ett år eller mer.

Forbrytelsen han er mistenkt for har strafferammen fengsel på livstid. DVD-John skal altså etter den irske rettens mening utleveres til nabolandet Storbritannia, der han risikerer en livstidsdom, fordi han har sendt sin egen dokumentar på en egenprodusert DVD i en konvolutt med irske frimerker.

Rent juridisk dreier arrestordren seg om at DVD-John etter britisk retts mening skal ha forsøkt å forstyrre rettens gang gjennom å sende DVDen til en dommer og juryformann under en rettssak relatert til terrorangrepet i 2005 – 7/7.

Påstanden er videre at han i mai og juni 2008 skal ha sendt flere eksemplarer av denne DVDen i konvolutter med irske frimerker, samt mellom september 2007 og desember 2007, henholdsvis til dommer/juryformann og til fem slektninger av de drepte fra London-terroren.

DVD-John skal under pågripelsen 10. februar ha innrømmet å ha sendt DVDen. Datautstyret hans ble beslaglagt, og han sitter nå fengslet frem til 17. april, i påvente av utlevering til England.

Etter fengslingsmøtet 2. april har DVD-John 15 dager på seg til å levere en anke til Høyesterett. Her bør han typisk vise til punkt 37 i EAW-loven, som i relativt klare ordelag fastslår at DVD-John ikke kan utleveres dersom arrestordren er utstedt med bakgrunn i den begjærtes politiske eller religiøse meninger.

He made the issue of mental illness a central focus in his career. Was Paul Wellstone Murdered?

For our government to maintain its credibility, we need an open and acccountable independent investigation into the death of Paul Wellstone.

Paul Wellstone was the only progressive in the U.S. Senate. Mother Jones magazine once described him as, “The first 1960s radical elected to the U.S. senate.” He was also the last. Since defeating incumbent Republican Rudy Boschowitz 12 years ago in a grassroots upset, Wellstone emerged as the strongest, most persistent, most articulate and most vocal Senate opponent of the Bush administration.”

In a senate that is one heartbeat away from Republican control, Wellstone was more than just another Democrat. He was often the lone voice standing firm against the status-quo policies of both the Democrats and the Republicans. As such, he earned the special ire of the Bush administration and the Republican Party, who made Wellstone’s defeat that party’s number one priority this year.

Various White House figures made numerous recent campaign stops in Minnesota to stump for the ailing campaign of Wellstone’s Republican opponent, Norm Coleman. Despite being outspent and outgunned, however, polls show that Wellstone’s popularity surged after he voted to oppose the Senate resolution authorizing George Bush to wage war in Iraq. He was pulling ahead of Coleman and moving toward a victory that would both be an embarrassment to the Bush administration and to Democratic Quislings such as Hillary Clinton who voted to support “the president.”

Then he died.

Wellstone now joins the ranks of other American politicians who died in small plane crashes. Another recent victim was Missouri’s former Democratic governor, Mel Carnahan, who lost his life in 2000, three weeks before Election Day, during his Senatorial race against John Ashcroft. Carnahan went on to become the first dead man to win a Senatorial race, humiliating and defeating the unpopular Ashcroft posthumously. Ashcroft, despite his unpopularity, went on to be appointed Attorney General by George W. Bush. Investigators determined that Carnahan’s plane went down due to “poor visibility.”

Carnahan was the second Missouri politician to die in a small plane crash. The first was Democratic Representative Jerry Litton, whose plane crashed the night he won the Democratic nomination for senate in 1976. His Republican opponent ultimately captured the seat from his successor in November.

While an article in the New York Times on Saturday pointed out the danger politicians face due to their heavy air travel schedules, the death of a senator or member of Congress is still relatively rare, with only one other sitting U.S. Senator, liberal Republican John Heinz, dying in a plane crash since World War II. Heinz, who entered office as an outspoken opponent of the Vietnam War, later emerged as a strong proponent of health care, social services, public transportation and the environment. He also urged reconciliation with Cuba. He died when the landing gear on his small plane failed to function, and a helicopter dispatched to survey the problem crashed into his plane.

One former senator, John Tower, also died in a small plane crash. Tower was best known as the chair of the Tower Commission, which investigated the Reagan/Bush era Iran/Contra scandal.

Another member of a prominent government commission who died in a small plane crash was former Democratic representative and House Majority Leader Hale Boggs. Boggs was best known as one of the seven members of the Warren Commission, which investigated the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. The commission found that Lee Harvey Oswald was acting alone when he killed the president. Boggs, it turns out, had “strong doubts” that Oswald acted alone, but went along with the commission findings. Later, in 1971 and 1972, he went public with his doubts. He was presumed dead after the small plane carrying him and Democratic Representative Nicholas Begich disappeared in 1972.

Texas Democratic Representative Mickey Leland also died in a plane crash. In his case, the six-term member of Congress and outspoken advocate of sanctions against the apartheid government of South Africa, died while traveling in Ethiopia. Another American politician to die overseas in a plane crash was the Clinton administration’s Commerce Secretary, Ronald Brown, whose plane went down in the Balkans.

Anyone familiar with my work knows that I’m certainly not a conspiracy theorist. But to be honest, I know I wasn’t alone in my initial reaction at this week’s horrible and tragic news: that being my surprise that Wellstone had lived this long. Perhaps it’s just my anger and frustration at losing one of the few reputable politicians in Washington, but I also felt shame. Shame for not writing in my column, months ago, that I felt that Paul Wellstone’s life, more so than any other politician in Washington, was in danger. I felt that such speculation was unprofessional and would ultimately undermine my credibility. In the end, my own self-interest triumphed, and I never put my concerns into print. Neither did any other mainstream journalist, though I know of many who shared my concern.

When I heard Wellstone’s plane went down, I immediately thought of Panamanian General Omar Torrijos, who in 1981 thumbed his nose at the Reagan/Bush administration and threatened to destroy the Panama Canal in the event of a U.S. invasion. Torrijos died shortly thereafter when the instruments in his plane failed to function upon takeoff. Panamanians speculated that the U.S. was involved in the death of the popular dictator, who was replaced by a U.S. intelligence operative, Manuel Noreiga, who previously worked with George Bush Senior.

There is no indication today that Wellstone’s death was the result of foul play. What we do know, however, is that Wellstone emerged as the most visible obstacle standing in the way of a draconian political agenda by an unelected government. And now he is conveniently gone. For our government to maintain its credibility at this time, we need an open and accountable independent investigation involving international participation into the death of Paul Wellstone. Hopefully we will find out, beyond any shadow of a doubt, that this was indeed an untimely accident. For the sake of our country, we need to know this.
