Jane Burgermeister has recently filed criminal charges with the FBI against the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations (UN), and several of the highest ranking government and corporate officials concerning bioterrorism and attempts to commit mass murder. She has also prepared an injunction against forced vaccination which is being filed in America. These actions follow her charges filed in April against Baxter AG and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology of Austria for producing contaminated bird flu vaccine, alleging this was a deliberate act to cause and profit from a pandemic.

Summary of claims and allegations filed with FBI in Austria on June 10, 2009: In her charges, Burgermeister presents evidence of acts of bioterrorism that is in violation of U.S. law by a group operating within the U.S. under the direction of international bankers who control the Federal Reserve, as well as WHO, UN and NATO. This bioterrorism is for the purpose of carrying out a mass genocide against the U.S. population by use of a genetically engineered flu pandemic virus with the intent of causing death. This group has annexed high government offices in the U.S.

Specifically, evidence is presented that the defendants, Barack Obama, President of the U.S, David Nabarro, UN System Coordinator for Influenza, Margaret Chan, Director-General of WHO, Kathleen Sibelius, Secretary of Department of Health and Human Services, Janet Napolitano, Secretary of Department of Homeland Security, David de Rotschild, banker, David Rockefeller, banker, George Soros, banker, Werner Faymann, Chancellor of Austria, and Alois Stoger, Austrian Health Minister, among others, are part of this international corporate criminal syndicate which has developed, produced, stockpiled and employed biological weapons to eliminate the population of the U.S. and other countries for financial and political gain.

The charges contend that these defendants conspired with each other and others to devise, fund and participate in the final phase of the implementation of a covert international bioweapons program involving the pharmaceutical companies Baxter and Novartis. They did this by bioengineering and then releasing lethal biological agents, specifically the “bird flu” virus and the “swine flu virus” in order to have a pretext to implement a forced mass vaccination program which would be the means of administering a toxic biological agent to cause death and injury to the people of the U.S. This action is in direct violation of the Biological Weapons Anti-terrorism Act.

Burgermeister’s charges include evidence that Baxter AG, Austrian subsidiary of Baxter International, deliberately sent out 72 kilos of live bird flu virus, supplied by the WHO in the winter of 2009 to 16 laboratories in four counties. She claims this evidence offers clear proof that the pharmaceutical companies and international government agencies themselves are actively engaged in producing, developing, manufacturing and distributing biological agents classified as the most deadly Bioweapons on earth in order to trigger a pandemic and cause mass death.

Austrian journalist Jane Bürgermeister, who recently filed criminal charges with the FBI against the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations (UN), and several high ranking government and corporate officials concerning bioterrorism, has been fired from her job. ‘On Monday, I was unexpectedly fired from my job as European Correspondent of the Renewable Energy World website,’ Bürgermeister writes on her blog.

Bürgermeister’s Bioterrorism Evidence law suit points to an international corporate criminal syndicate and extensively details its plan to carry out mass genocide against the American people by unleashing a deadly flu virus and instituting a forced vaccination program.

He called it orgone, which is synonymous with ‘life energy.’

He observed that the orgone energy charge in the human biosystem was expressed in emotion, sexuality, and could be measured bioelectrically. Through a number of experiments, he showed that a person’s overall vitality and aliveness was a function of human and atmospheric orgone charges and pulsations, and that physical vitality could be increased by sitting inside a so-called orgone accumulator.

He also discovered that the orgone charge of your tissues is a fundamental part of your immune system. People were able to significantly boost their immune function by sitting in Dr. Reich’s orgone accumulator for approximately 30 minutes a day for several days.

The results were so incredible, in fact, that Dr. Theodore Wolfe, a pioneer in psychosomatic medicine, referred to the orgone accumulator as ‘the most important single discovery in the history of medicine, bar none.’

Although orgone energy is near impossible to define or explain, the following properties of orgone were deduced by Dr. Reich:

1. It is mass free, i.e. orgone energy itself has no inertia or weight.
2. It is present everywhere; it fills all space. It is present in differing degrees or concentrations or “charges”, but nowhere is it absent. It even exists in a vacuum.
3. It is the medium for electromagnetic and gravitational phenomena. (It is the medium in which light moves and electromagnetic and gravitational fields exert force.)
4. It is in constant motion, which can be observed under appropriate conditions. There are at least two characteristic types of motion: a pulsation or alternating expansion and contraction, and a flow, normally along a curving path.
5. It contradicts the law of entropy as orgone energy is attracted to concentrations of orgone energy. Unlike heat or electricity, which always show a direction from higher to lower potential, orgone energy flows from lower orgonotic potential to higher.

In addition to the orgone accumulator, Dr. Reich also developed other devices such as small motors that ran on orgone pulled from the ambient air, and devices that could create rain during drought by affecting atmospheric orgone!

The Persecution of Medical and Scientific Genius
His work did not garner him worldwide acclaim as one might expect from such a remarkable discovery, however.

His work was methodically criticized and grossly misrepresented in popular magazine articles. Eventually, the medical community encouraged the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to seek and obtain a court injunction to stop Dr. Reich from researching, writing, and speaking about orgone.

Ultimately, he was charged with contempt of court for the technical violation of an obscure cosmetic labeling law, which sent him and an associate, Dr. Silvert, to prison.

His books and research were ordered banned from interstate commerce and were burned.

Victims of elaborate smear campaigns by the medical community and pharmaceutical interests, Dr. Reich died in prison in 1957 while Dr. Silvert committed suicide shortly after his release.

On January 19th, 2009, the Rife community lost a beloved friend: Donald L. Tunney, researcher and frequency device manufacturer of Resonant Light Technology (famous for the PERL unit).

Don Tunney passed away from cancer that was either induced or triggered by dangerous radiation. In March 2008, as Don and his wife Eddie (Edna) were returning home from Mexico in their RV motor home, they met a roadblock that was stopping vehicles for inspection about 200 miles south of the border. Don was directed to drive their RV next to a mobile X-ray scanner with a large rectangular arm. The gamma radiation from this scanner, which is powerful enough to penetrate RVs, semi trailers and shipping containers, is also lethal to living beings! No one is supposed to be inside the vehicle during scanning. But the Mexican authorities not only failed to use the equipment properly, they also failed to advise Don and Eddie to leave their vehicle. Don, who drove through the apparatus and was closest to the radiation source, could feel his chest tingle. (Eddie on the passenger side only felt the beam in her ears.) Don never felt right after that experience. Less than two months later, he developed a very aggressive cancer.

Holistic practitioners know that cancer is a very complex disease with multiple causes possibly unique to each individual. In addition to its viral (and/or fungal) component, cancer can be caused or exacerbated by chemicals, injuries, lifestyle, radiation and mercury toxicity. In Don’s case, his immune response was likely weakened by a bout of pneumonia just prior to his exposure to the gamma rays. Also, mercury may have played a role, as several years earlier he had all his mercury fillings removed at once, which may also have contributed to a stroke and subsequently weakened his system further.

‘Don radically changed his diet. He cut out sugars and carbohydrates, and drank fresh vegetable juices daily. He was very disciplined, and so missed the happy hour margaritas. During his palliative care, the hospice nurses and homecare workers were amazed at the glowing condition of his skin, his sense of humor, and ability to direct some of his care decisions with such mental clarity. They had never met anyone dying of cancer who on other levels was in such good shape. Every day, I ran a variety of maintenance frequencies for staph and general health—always keeping in mind the detoxification effects. I know that the device contributed immensely to his emotional and spiritual healing. Healing has to take place on all levels—physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. We are all still grieving’and the triggers of his absence are heart wrenching for me. I want to extend my gratitude to the Rife Forum community for expressing their compassion and understanding. I also want people to know that Don and I were both satisfied that we did all we could for him, overwhelming as it was at times, and that what we did helped. If anything, I wish we had more time to have dealt with some of the unforeseen issues. Nonetheless, Don’s passing was complete. No one can ask for more than that.’

By the 1950s, Hoxsey’s Texas clinic was the world’s largest, with branches in 17 states. Two Federal courts upheld his treatment’s “therapeutic value.” Even his arch-enemy, the American Medical Association, admited Hoxsey’s treatment did cure some cases.

Hoxsey maintained that cancer is not only a disease, it’s a kind of psychosis. Therefore he treated the whole person: the mind, the spirit and the emotions. In the 1920s, 30s, 40s, and 50s this was very radical. At that same time, he recommended a diet, which in that era was also very radical because organized medicine insisted there is no connection between diet and health, or diet and disease. Hoxsey was many decades ahead of his time.

Despite his successes, there was a prosecutorial assault throughout the 1950s, but Hoxsey won almost every single trial. However, in 1967, he received surgery during which “something went wrong”. For the last seven years of his life he was an invalid. Isolated and almost alone, people had forgotten about him; he died in 1974 without even an obituary in the Dallas newspapers.

Why won’t medical authorities investigate the treatment? Hoxsey charged a conspiracy to suppress alternative therapies. He survived decades of being “hunted like a wild beast”, only to see his clinics padlocked without the scientific test he relentlessly sought. He died a broken man, anguished over the future he felt was robbed from humanity.
